Sunday School @ 9:30am

There are age appropriate classes for all children from age 2-1/2 through 5th grade. The main teaching time is during the 9:30 hour, with enrichment activities during the 11:00 hour. EBF uses the Faithweaver curriculum, which is a solid, Bible based program that offers the same story to all ages, but varies the main teaching point slightly to make it age appropriate. 5th Graders are taken through a special over-view of the Bible class during the school year that helps them understand how God's miraculous plan flows from Genesis to Revelation.

Ages 2-3 - Room 6
Ages 4-Kinders - Room 5
Grades 1-2 - Room 4
Grades 3-4 - Room 1
Grade 5 - Room 10

Adult Electives:

Lift Up the Gates!!  The King is Coming!

led by Richard Roberts

The gospel of Mark is filled with references to the "Kingdom of God."  His gospel is the good news that the King has arrived to bring all things together under His reign through His healing, renewing presence as the true King.

We are accepted by God through Him and learn to live out this salvation according to this upside-down Kingdom pattern that reverses the values of this world:  in humility, not pride; weakness, not force; through dying for others, not living for ourselves.  This King went to a Cross, so are we to live lives of sacrificial mercy.

Gospel Christianity

led by John and Steffani Lee

This look at the good news of Jesus Christ will instruct new believers with the basic fundamentals of the faith as well as challenge older believers with living according to the gospel of grace.

This is the curriculum that EBF Home Groups will be doing this Fall and is an exciting and welcome addition to the life of EBF.

The Prodigal God

led by Rich Carroll and Ron Brown

Prodigal:  "recklessly extravagant, having spent everything" - This study is based upon the book The Prodigal God by pastor and author Tim Keller.  Taking the well-known parable from Luke 15, Keller shows us that the truly extravagant spender in the parable is not the younger son, but the Father.  With a gripping look at the gospel of grace he goes on to show that Jesus was actually revealing the Father's heart through this parable to the two kinds of people in the world:  the licentious younger brothers and the self-righteous older brothers, reminding us again that the Gospel is not about what you and I have done, but about what God has done through Jesus Christ.

Nursery

A well staffed, safe nursery is available during both the 9:30 and 11:00 hours.

The nursery is intended for children from infant through age 2-1/2 years.

Most church events also offer nursery and preschool care.

There is an "observation room" where mothers of newborns can choose to keep children with them while they see and hear what is going on in the service.

The nursery is regularly sanitized, and no toys that have been put in a child's mouth are returned to the toy chests before they have been cleaned.

We ask that parents who have children that are experiencing illness not place them in the nursery.
